I finished my flower girl many months ago and have lovingly named her Grace. I was filled with a surge of emotions, tears flowing freely after I stepped back and spent some quiet moments with her by myself. I wept and poured out my gratitude to God
Quiet Strength
Quiet Strength, the latest addition to my flower girl series of paintings, has captured my heart as I create and paint each one. Each flower girl tells a unique story, but Quiet Strength stands out.
The journey to creating Quiet Strength took seven years. During this time, I grappled with my health, struggling to understand what had happened and find a way to improve my situation. My life seemed to have come to a halt, and I felt helpless.

One of the many favorite hymns I love to sing at church is count your blessings. It is a hymn that puts so much into perspective when one is feeling lost and overwhelmed with the storms that life can bring into our lives.
